Based on the information provided, I can't determine for certain if this is a city-maintained street light or if it's maintained by PG&E (not a city entity). The city will initially inspect the light and determine if it is, in fact, maintained by PG&E. If so, the city will forward the work order to PG&E for maintenance. If not, the city will fix the problem.
