  Has Chittenden Dr. been deeded to the city yet or is it still privately owned?

  This picture does't even capture the worst of it. Just around the bend the branches stick out into the street at least 4 feet forcing cars driving uphill to veer into oncoming traffic. This is a blind corner, so you can't see the oncoming traffic until you've almost smashed into a vehicle driving down the hill. Plus, there are a LOT of huge trucks going up and down Chittenden Drive all day long servicing the new home being constructed at the Deforest Hts cul-de-sac, posing an even greater danger as they have less ability to stop quickly. Please ask the homeowner to kindly trim back the overgrowth. Thank you.

  ChittendenDriveHomeowner: The city has numerous examples of this type of obstruction in our publicly-owned rights of way and currently has not been able to catch up with either enforcement or pruning. Have you and your neighbors/street owners tried contacting the neglectful owner(s) or, failing at that, introduced it as a Front Porch Forum discussion amongst yourselves for a solution?
