Trashcan in alley behind 4816 Hanover Avenue needs to be replaced. It has a hole in it, allowing animals to get in and make mischief, and a wheel has come completely off. It also appears to have been hit by a couple cars. It's been a trusty can for many years, but now it's time for him to retire and a new one to take its place.
