Per Public Works: Thank you for making us aware of this problem. A City of Raleigh Traffic Signal Technician checked the detection loops and did find one of them to be bad. The loop will have to be recut and until it is recut you still may have some delay but not as long. We will try to get this resolved as soon as possible.
