Description

The turn onto Kennett from Dixie is close to being finished but for the past week there has been no work done and the turn is still blocked off even though it's useable but would be bumpy. Don't know if this is from the government shutdown (work stopped same day) but it's a huge headache to use the detour when nothing is being done to finish the project.
