Description

aigoing New drainage was put down from the 3600 block of Lehall St. to the 3800 block of Lehall St. Across the street from 3623 Lehall St. is a lot that had a driveway. If they remove the driveway, the need to lay grass and not crushed rocks. The children on this street and those that come down it take the rocks and throw them vandalizing personal property. A picture is attached. Secondly, they have developed a driveway in the plans at the 3700 Block of Lehall St. between the South Lawn Apartment Complex that has no house. I am requesting it be moved for the safety of residents and since installed, it is being used for drugs and prostitution. A picture is attached.
Third, the street was paved with asphalt about two or three weeks before the drainage construction and the street has been destroyed from the construction of the storm drains. I am requesting that the street be repaved since we have been waiting for this to be done for over 12 years. It took the contractors several days to damage it. If the drain is left on the lot between South Lawn Apartment Complex it will be catastrophic.

In closing the contractors were robbed at hun point and the city has given them an armed police officer while they work. I hope that we can repair what was not broken before construction.

Awaiting a response.
