Pinellas County Public Works - Watershed assigned this issue to Pinellas County Development Review Services

Upon inspection of 420 Harborview Lane, the environmental inspector spoke with the homeowner who is also the contractor for this residence. The inspector informed the owner/contractor that he needs to sweep and clean up the track out from the road. He said that he will have it done immediately. The inspector also made him aware that we have received numerous complaints regarding his site. The homeowner does have inlet protection in place and the inspector told him that he needs to maintain his inlet protection and silt fencing along his property. There is no illicit discharge occurring at the time of this inspection. If the issue continues, we can move forward with enforcement action. As SeeClickFix #8098321 is a duplicate of this complaint, we are closing #8098321 as a duplicate.
