Description
A camper van in parked and a homeless encampments is growing on 23rd between telegraph and Northgate because of the absence of commuter parking. The street is unsafe for families and residents to irk and walk here due to the garbage, six tents, and now the camper van. There is increased sleeping on the sidewalks.
