  • Homeless Encampment Acknowledged
604 23rd St Oakland CA 94612, United States - Northgate
Tents, furniture, food waste and other debris piled well out into the middle of the street - abandoned vehicles, propane tanks, and electronics waste, tires and a multitude of stripped bikes - incomprehensible that Oakland allows this to continue next to the residences of hard working citizens and in the public right of way -
  • 615 23rd St Oakland CA 94612, United States - Northgate
Food waste, clothing, misc debris, even a tire - dumped by "unhoused" and their dealers, making sidewalk area near impassable, plus attracting more rats and terrible smell - clean it up, and get these streets cleaned up!
  • 604 23rd St Oakland CA 94612, United States - Northgate
So much debris from the "homeless" encampment, the street is reduced to barely a single lane. Bags of garbage, food waste, and junk line the sidewalks and cover the roadway. Inoperable vehicles impede on driveways, and junkies stagger up and down the street. This whole area needs a major clean-up!

  • 632 W Grand Ave Oakland, CA, 94612, USA - Northgate
Vehicle has been parked at this meter for 4 days - After calls to Parking Enforcement, they made it clear they will never ticket a vehicle with disabled plates even if you can provide pictures showing it hadn't moved in months, but the only recourse is to report it as abandoned - Plus, it is parked between two metered spaces, making anyone else wanting to park partially block driveways -
  • 632 W Grand Ave Oakland, CA, 94612, USA - Northgate
Now at approx 2 months this vehicle had been parked at a meter on W Grand - city has come out and cleaned up all the accumulated trash around the vehicle twice, and its starting to build up again. Food waste, needles, household trash - this is being used to distribute and use drugs at all hours, and has been reported a few times, yet no action.
  • 632 W Grand Ave Oakland, CA, 94612, USA - Northgate
No matter how often others clean up - this vehicle remains parked at a meter, with various people using it as a business office in the evenings, previously reported but now over 6 weeks without a response, spreading garbage and debris all over the street and sidewalk.
