A few months ago someone smeared human feces on Glass Walkway. It sat there for two weeks, until Metro and VRE came to an agreement on who was responsible for the cleanup. Some of the Graffiti is under bridges which may even be part of VDOTS responsibility, other is on buildings along the tracks which is responsibility of the building owners. I do not understand why there are not any fines given out since the graffiti is publicly visible and the property owners (metro, vdot, or private) are responsible for the cleanup to keep up the the image of our communities.
