Descripción
Gate which blocks entrance to a closed road behind LibbyTerrace and Libby Hill Park has been vandalizes and now is opened for access. Several cars have been spotted on the closed road which ends on Main Street.
The road was closed many years ago to stop the drug dealing happening on the road. This is an IMPORTANT SAFETY ISSUE.
