House surrounded in backyard by refuse and makeshift barriers formed of old wooden crates and wheelbarrows. Very visible from Jett ferry rd. Garage stuffed so full of garbage and other items that the door can barely close so all cars -4- are out. Serious concern for hoarding inside and outside. Now has a hill of chips from trees cut down by the County/city last week. So large that dog walkers have to detour into street. Has been going on for years and just getting worse. Owner NOT disabled
