behind the townhouses from 397 wayman Lane to the corner of back acres Road someone has come through and buried, I guess cable lines. The problem is, there is no natural culvert for drainage anymore and there is now a high ridge and it's pushing the water into the yards and under the foundations doing damage to the property. it is constantly wet in the backyards and out underneath the houses to the front driveways. This is not a property owner problem, this is between the fence lines behind the houses. there is garbage, debris, stone blocks, wood, everything buried back there inhibiting drainage.
