Description
Ped crossing at this business has a new sign you push that lights up a caution that people are slamming on their brakes. I've had to stop because car in front slammed on brakes. I was almost rear ended. Saw car rear ended going other way. This is really dangerous.

The pedestrian activated flasher at this location is called a Rectangular Rapid Flash Beacon (RRFB). It is designed to alert motorists there is a pedestrian crossing the street and was put in to help pedestrians safely cross Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. south of Sheridan Road. Our staff will make sure the RRFB is operating properly.
