Description

Two wires have been hanging down from pole #5, between 40 and 46 Hemlock Ave.. We finally coiled them up so they're not all over the street, but they are hanging from the pole and we feel they are a hazard. Probably cable or phone lines, but we have no idea, and no neighbors have service issues.
