The side walk in front of my building is uneven and very unsafe. The man who lives beneath me is handicapped and walks with a cane but he is to scared to walk on the sidewalk due to the fact that it is uneven. He is afraid of falling. The sidewalk is getting worst each year and needs to be fixed ASAP.
