trash on the steps leading to basement
lock on the front door is broken. People come in from the streets and smoke crack, urinate, leave trash in the hall
the grass in the back has not been cut, the dogs rip open trash bags and there is trash everywhere. I have seen rodents, and there are little kids in the building
