Description

On MacArthur Blvd, near the intersection with Alma Ave, on the side closest to the 580 Freeway and next to a bus stop, there's a concrete garbage can that was tipped on its side. My husband and I tried to right it, but it was way too heavy. Also, this receptacle, when it's uprights, is often overflowing with garbage. Would be nice if it were emptied more often. Thanks.
