This needs to be fixed....It's Forest Drive in Village of East Hills...street is terrible, especially entry from Northern Blvd. between Chrysler dealer (east) and former Pall (west). Completely falling apart.

Many new and dangerous potholes here, esp. just south of Northern Blvd., first 100 feet south, likely caused by huge trucks and car carriers. MUST be fixed.

Problem remains: section about 100' from Northern Blvd. south in both directiosn is shot...some patching is faded. Street gets torn up by huge car carriers as well as trucks going to SlantFin in industrial park...
