Backyard slope facing Birch road(entire area). Across Mater Dei church and school. Weed is high and has flowers that produce pollens and make it hard for the neighborhood residents with allergies to go out in their backyards or walk in the lower pavement.

Resolved? I just looked few seconds ago and we still have the same long weeds outside! From Magdalena to at least a quarter mile towards the freeway on Birch road, the weeds on the slope near the fences are still high. Who QAs this complain? did somebody physically check this or did they just took the word of their contractors? Please cut those weeds now!

Closed means the job was done and the complain was addressed correctly. Well, I checked the slope on my backyard and 3/4 of it STILL HAS LONG OVERGROWN WEEDS. Can you send me a hotline number so I can report this fraud and abuse? Obviously your contractors are doing a half-assed job and whoever that deals with them do not QA their work. Whoever you are who kept saying it's closed doesn't know what you are saying.
