Description

The little squares of dirt/grass on the sidewalk between the houses and the street, also patches of dirt/grass on property are being excavated by someone that lives in the area. She is pulling all grass/wild fennel/etc - and pulling the bark off of trees. She wants everything to be dirt. I do not believe she has the right to do this, and also it makes everything a mud puddle when it rains. She's also killing the grasses and trees. How can we get her to stop? We've asked her but she just starts screaming and gets really aggressive. Please help point us in the right direction, Thank you!
