1/27/2011 - Courtesy call placed to original requestor today to probe for more detailed information about her initial request. After speaking with requestor it was determined that a safety inspection is needed for a possible cave-in dirt plot strip by the concrete panel. The situation at this location has been forwarded to DPW so the proper inspections and handling can take place accordingly - rtt

4/20/2011 - Follow up on this location reveals that the affected area is not caved in (although sunken). The hole was dye tested, cleaned, and CCTV'd and there was nothing showing a cave-in sewer line. The 2nd shift DPU Sewer Maintenance team will be backfilling this hole this evening - rtt

4/21/2011 - Courtesy call placed today to say thanks for reporting this situation and also to inform that all tests were finalized and that the hole was backfilled yesterday - she in turn let me know that is good, but that she not longer lives here on Delaware Avenue - rtt
