Deskripsyon

Shop Rite parking lot, has over growth that is filled with garbage and stray cats. The cats come out at times and sit on the cars that park in the corner. People have left food out for them, which brings in more cats and other pest's.

Is this a feral cat colony? Are they being cared for? Are their ears tipped, which is a sign that they have been trapped, neutered and returned to their territory? If not, this "situation" needs to be handled by a cat rescue. TNR is a very effective way of controlling feral colonies because if left unattended, they will continue to breed. Contact the UCSPCA and ask them to help. If I lived in Kingston, I would help with the TNR but I am not in the area. There is also a cat rescue called Project Cat, maybe they can help or know of someone that can. These poor cats were probably dumped by irresponsible people and left to fend for themselves. Its a sad, cruel world we live in and people need to take responsibility for their actions. Cats are innocent, loving creatures and don't deserve this sort of fate.

I AGREE WITH DANIELLE. I believe animals are for life, not just for x-mas! It cost very little to spay or neuter an animal rather then have many unwanted uncared for innocent animal left to fend for itself and repopulate. One crazy endless circle that can be stopped. So why aren't we. Bob Barker got it right!!!
