Sharraxaadda

An unknown subject continues to spray paint "Maniac" on the side of the old Calhoun Grocery Store (and elsewhere in the City). On the last occasion, the graffiti read "@#$% Maniac" and the children who lived nearby were exposed to that on a daily basis when boarding school buses, playing at the local park, etc. That was covered in white paint and now, nearly a calender year later, the offender has painted his ridiculous moniker over it once again. It seems apparent that the people who reside in that immediate locale won't or can't resolve the issue themselves, so I am asking that the City cover the graffiti for them.
