The car wash business at the corner of Broad St. + Reed St. has poor/no runoff drainage. The soapy water washes onto the sidewalk and street and creates a very slick surface that remains slick even when it is no longer wet. The sidewalk is easy to slip on, and the street surface causes tires to slide, especially on bikes and motorcycles.

The owner usually has up to 30 days to comply with violations. Thereafter, up to 3 reinspections may be conducted to ensure violations were complied or resolved. If not complied at last inspection, the property will be referred to court for a judgment from the court demanding the owner to resolve the problems.
