Description

The right west bound lane of Rhode Island Avenue NW ends (becomes parking) just after 11th ST NW. This creates backups when vehicles cut off drivers to get into the middle lane at the last second. It would be great if a bulb out and parking could be added on Rhode Island Avenue NW from 11th ST NW west bound. And on Rhode Island Avenue west bound make the right lane from Q ST NW to 11th ST NW a right turn only lane.
