Actually, this is citywide. So many properties have actual trash in the Alleyways and in the long grass, up against fences, in parking lots, Etc. With all the Idle Hands in town, businesses could easily call their employees to come and do some spring clean up. Also landlords could call upon their tenants to do the same in exchange for maybe something off their rent. Keeping people busy during this time is crucial. Maybe something could be put on the front page of the pioneer to call upon people everywhere to do some outdoor trash pickup of their properties or contact landlords can offer themselves for employment to do the same. Just a thought. It would let future visitors know that people and businesses both care about our city, and that landlords care about their tenants by providing clean places to stay.
