Description
Drain culvert is broken as per the picture, this has caused a sinkhole to open up with surrounding subsidence in our garden.
We have small children and this is a hazard.
The drain is also not working properly leaving standing water on the road.

Q. Please describe the drainage problem. Are leaves, dirt or debris blocking it? Is the problem creating standing water?
A. It was backing up / completely blocked but the drain was recently cleaned and so it is too soon to say. That said, given the hole in the culvert, I imagine the drain will still not be working properly leading to ineffective road drainage and further subsidence.
