Drain culvert is broken as per the picture, this has caused a sinkhole to open up with surrounding subsidence in our garden.
We have small children and this is a hazard.
The drain is also not working properly leaving standing water on the road.

问 Please describe the drainage problem. Are leaves, dirt or debris blocking it? Is the problem creating standing water?
答 It was backing up / completely blocked but the drain was recently cleaned and so it is too soon to say. That said, given the hole in the culvert, I imagine the drain will still not be working properly leading to ineffective road drainage and further subsidence.
