When I saw it happening I got in my car and followed our storm drain system and found where it was coming from. I’d like to discuss w/the City.

In the 3/20 incident it was a "dumping" and cleanup from the "Fovever Clean" porta-potty on Buckeye Crt & Taramrack Dr. It was probably the same two stormwater street drains emptying into the Leadmine Lake culvert.
Contact the Raleigh Stormwater Dept: Peter Duffy.
I only "caught the "stink" emptying into the pond because I was fishing directly over the top of the culvert when the sludge hit. It reminded me of the latrines the Navy CB's had to burn.......
A dollar to a doughnut bet is that it was the same "Forever Clean" toilet water dump again. The portal potty "stunk" when I took verification pictures for Mr. Duffy. If I lived near that potty I would have Forever Clean on speed dial and Mr. Duffy.
You may also want to let the LOA MGT group know about this second "known" dumping. This type of activity will kill-off our investment in Koi not to mention close the pond to canoes and kayaks.
