Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. Unruly dog barking into the hours of the night. Dog barks nonstop for hours on end well after midnight and into the hours thereafter. Dog is chained outside in the yard of this property. Have heard multiple other neighbors yell at the dog in the night to be quiet. Dog will not stop barking and is disturbing the sleep of multiple surrounding neighbors.
