Reporter large amounts trash rubbish overflow Avalon Apts complex dumpster area. CE will investigate

There was no visual trash on or around trash compactor or recycle house. Spoke with maintenance supervisor he will wor with CE. CW

I have found the Trash and Recycle collectors to be on the outstanding side of excellent, for private properties, in my neighborhood.
