There is gallons after gallons of urines stored in bottles in the nature trail which is apparently a common practice among methamphetamine tweakers to reprocess unmetabolized meth, therefore it's not only a site of bicycle chop shop, a potential illicit controlled substance processing lab.

The bicycle wheels are probably from bicycles unlawfully taken from the community.
