Description

The bus stop on Grand Avenue in the underpass just north of 580 exit is a DISASTROUS HEALTH HAZARD; garbage, litter and crap stacked up around the bus stop bench which is entirely unusable; there are a couple of homeless tents there that are not the (specific) problem, but next to them is a growing pile of garbage, litter . THis is a TERRIBLE HEALTH HAZARD as well as urban blight.
