Description

This house cannot be inhabitable.
Constant filth and trash on the porch and in front along the yard. It gets reported, picked up for a day, then piles of trash again.
What is going on in this house? No less than 6 or more people appear to be living there with constant car traffic-stop and exchange and drive off-activity. They have 5 to 6 cars or an RV parked in neighbor’s parking areas.
Wellness check for some of the clearly disabled individuals who may not have control over this environment? Residents appear to change frequently.
