This woman and the many people staying with her have many dogs. I Haven't seen the Dalmatian in a while but she sure has plenty of Pit bulls. Instead of walking them she lets them loose outside the front of her house. The dogs are aggressive to both people and other dogs. Just the other night one of her dogs (again without a leash) was barking and growling, slowly approaching, ready to attack her neighbor while he was walking his puppy. Something needs to be done before one of her dogs finally attacks and kills someone. I believe she recently gave one of her more aggressive pit bulls to the neighbor across the street. The grass patches on the sidewalk of the block are full of dog feces. So are other people's gardens if they don't have a fence. It is impossible to walk on the side walk because of the amount of feces, the smell, and the over abundance of flies. It is absolutely disgusting. Something needs to be done. The quality of life on this street has been horrendous ever since she decided to be a drug dealers girlfriend.
