I've submitted several complaints throughout the past two years several times for this same location same issue. On click fix see service ID # 850068 Oct 29, 2018. The owners of this property need to maintain this property, agape Korean church. I requested boulders to be placed on this sidewalk. The boulder method works. The woman and her tent here in photo used to be on the 9800 block of International at cross street 98th Ave (at the Arco gas station). Boulders were placed on the sidewalk and cobblestone island on the gas station property as well. This woman and tent moved, but to the 9600 block of International. So, boulders work. Just need to keep the method on going instead of this continued mess.when will the boulders be installed and the sidewalk cleaned and sterilized?

Encampment continues to this day blocking safe access to public sidewalk. Public health and safety put at risk without warning. Debris and filth does nothing to enhance the community and public sidewalks.
