Homer Nance/Jordan need redlights at every cross street, then maybe those of us who live here can get out as everyone uses that route to bypass Winchester/Mooresmill

Is this still an issue?

The hill was cut down a little last year but it's still very difficult to see traffic coming up the hill on Homer Nance toward Clearvue. It's still dangerous to try to turn left from Clearvue to Homer Nance.
