Opis
The entire sidewalk on the State House side of Francis street is solid ice going down hill all the way to the intersection at Gaspee. Francis St on the East side (Amtrak station side) is not plowed all. Both of these situations force pedestrians into the street which is highly dangerous.

This issue has largely resolved itself thanks to mother nature. The city did nothing - in fact the sidewalk across the street from Providence Place mall is still solid ice/packed snow nearly a month after I originally posted this.
Look at the same sidewalk up a little further by Amtrak - its been clean the entire time. Why? Because Amtrak people have been cleaning it all along...
