Description

NO U-TURN sign needed at westbound Hillsborough St at Ashe Ave.
Just witnessed a construction truck with a trailer attempting to make a u-turn on wb Hillsborough St at Ashe. Can't make the u-turn and now he is stuck doing a multiple point turn with a large trailer.
