Description

My mum uses a walker and tends to walk up this block to volunteer locally. Due to the amount of trash cans on the sidewalk (passed Urban Outfitters and through the old American Apparel), she has had to literally shove herself and her walker between trash cans to make way for oncoming traffic. This is disgusting and unacceptable for the downtown area.
