There is a man hole cover missing near the corner of Brown's Island Way (2nd Street Connector) and Tredegar Street. (North East Corner). This man hole is on the sidewalk and is a hazard to pedestrians, especially with the Richmond Folk Fest coming in a few weeks.

This situation with the missing manhole cover lid(s) has been formally reported to Richmond StormWater Mgmt Team (20020917732) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
