The yellow lights on both traffic signals on Bustleton Avenue facing westbound Bleigh Street are out again. The signals go straight from green to red on both poles.
I reported the same problem on SeeClickFix (#69907). Philly311 acknowledged it and assigned it ticket #1378925. The Streets Dept received the request on 12/27/2010 and fixed the lights on 1/5/11.
It's 1/27/2011 and the problem is back.

Ticket #1420764. Ticket forwarded to Streets Department for follow-up. A Streets Department Investigator will visit the site within 24 hours to evaluate and take appropriate action to make the intersection safe. Work should be completed within 4 business days.
After the timeframe of your request has passed, you can check the status of your ticket by calling 311 Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8 p.m. Just give us the ticket number and we can check it for you. You can also go online to www.phila.gov/philly311 and track your request. Thank you. (mb)
