ON I-20 EAST ON THE WEST XPRESSWAY @ THE EXPANSION JOINTS OVER 285 THERE ARE HOLES LARGE ENOUGH FOR SMALL CHILDREN TO HIDE IN THAT ARE GOING TO CAUSE SERIOUS ACCIDENTS. i HAVE REPORTED THESE TO DOT WITH NO SUCCESS. HELP PLEASE!!!
