Description
This is not exactly "illegal dumping" because it is an overflowing of things collected by homeless encampments on 14th Avenue as it goes under the freeway. We are sympathetic to homeless that are living in tents in that location but the accumulation of junk has gotten completely out of hand. It not only covers the entire sidewalk but it now goes out into the street which blocks parking and traffic. A "clean and clear" is desperately needed . Those items which are actual possessions of the unhoused are one thing. But this is getting crazy and impacts those who live and work in the same block. The attached photo is only a small section of the street. It is about eight times longer than what is shown.
