Description

A van park in front of apartment 1440 12th Ave. Oakland for a week with homeless people live inside. Bad smell all over the street, post nu-healthy environment to the community. Blocks street cleaning vehicle. Urgent! Please haul way the van and place homeless to shelter. Thanks.
