Huge hole in street for underground work, and, closure of one lane of Bayview/River ramp. Gone on for almost a year... supposed to have ended in June. Nobody working there some days. Constant backup of cars. Why can't City work on one site continually, & get it done faster, instead of digging up multiple sites at one time, and moving around?
