Drinking is also prevalent in the Family Dollar parking lot and all along the 2900 block of North Ave. Open containers are being passed around by individuals in plain view of patrons to the Family Dollar store as well as the North Ave. Library. There is also a wide use of marijuana being used openly in parked cars at the Family Dollar parking lot. Private residents clean up the area several times a week - gathering up the incessant mounds of trash being left by the same group of individuals. Prostitution is another ticket.
