It's been a month now ... is this going to get fix, or is the policy just to acknowledge and hope that the resident goes away quietly?

A work order is in place for repair however this issue is not a high priority work order. Repairs will take place as the work order prioritization process allows.

It should have been on the work order list back in SEPTEMBER when I first submitted the concern. DPW still hasn't addressed it and the cracking grows worse by the day. With no sidewalk, people who walk here are forced out into traffic to avoid turning an ankle. If you're fixing a problem on Manhasset (the pothole that's down to clay), your crew is a two blocks away. Can't you do this at the same time?

We are looking into the possibility of performing the work in sequence with the work on Manhasset. A work order was issued on 9/17/13.
