One-lane road has pot holes, and old clogged culverts which lead to flooding during rains. Every year the county fills the holes with asphault, and within a short time the asphault has washed out and the holes reappear. Significant dumping occurs here, including couches, childrens toys, pets which include cats, kittens, dogs, and rabbits.
